Job Description

➢ Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of stores & warehouses at
multiple locations and ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
➢ Supervising the receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.
➢ Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with purchasing teams to ensure
adequate supply.
➢ Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance
overall efficiency.
➢ Material Planning, Stock Maintenance, Inventory, Reconciliation
➢ Materials sending for job work and receiving back.
➢ Knowledge of SAP B1 & Hana about GRN, & stores & inventory module.
➢ Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS.
➢ Responsible for periodical review of slow moving and non-moving
inventory & its liquidation.
➢ Coordination with various departments like purchase, planning, production,
and QA etc.
➢ Responsible for external entire warehouse. FIFO, LIFO to be maintained.
➢ Overall store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
employees; following up on work results.
➢ Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
➢ Focus on perpetual inventories to avoid system stock/physical stock
mismatch.
➢ Responsible for Physical verification of internal & external stock audit.Should have worked in Manufacturing company.
➢ Willing to locate to Nashik.
➢ Must have good communication & interpersonal skills.
