By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. ABOUT HN MULTIVERRSE
HN Multiverrse Private Limited operates an online recruitment and employment platform intended to facilitate connections between job seekers, employers, recruiters and other employment-related service users.

Candidate registration and profile creation

HN Multiverrse may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue any service or feature at any time.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The information provided by you is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not misuse, disrupt or attempt to compromise the Platform.
You accept these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Platform is intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and for employers, recruiters and organisations acting through authorised representatives.
If any particular service has additional eligibility requirements, those requirements will apply to that service.
HN Multiverrse reserves the right to refuse registration or access where permitted by applicable law.
4. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current and complete information.
Keep your account information updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not share your account with unauthorised persons.
Immediately notify HN Multiverrse of suspected unauthorised access.
Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

HN Multiverrse may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the account has violated these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies.
5. CANDIDATE TERMS
Candidates may use the Platform to search for employment opportunities, create profiles, upload resumes and apply for jobs.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied in their profile, CV, resume, application and communications is truthful and accurate.
You must not:
Submit a false or misleading resume.
Misrepresent your qualifications, experience or employment history.
Upload forged certificates or documents.
Impersonate another candidate.
Apply using another person’s account.
Provide false references.
Attempt to manipulate recruitment processes.
Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
Harass or threaten employers, recruiters or other users.
HN Multiverrse does not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview, job offer, employment or any particular salary.
6. EMPLOYER AND RECRUITER TERMS
Employers and recruiters using the Platform must provide accurate information regarding their organisation, vacancies and recruitment requirements.
Employers and recruiters must ensure that job postings:
Represent genuine employment opportunities.
Contain accurate job descriptions.
Clearly identify relevant eligibility requirements.
Do not intentionally mislead candidates.
Do not unlawfully discriminate.
Do not request unlawful payments from candidates.
Do not contain fraudulent or deceptive information.
Comply with applicable employment and other laws.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job advertisements and recruitment activities.
HN Multiverrse reserves the right to review, modify, reject, suspend or remove any job posting that it considers misleading, inappropriate, fraudulent, unlawful or inconsistent with Platform policies.
7. JOB LISTINGS
HN Multiverrse may display job vacancies submitted by employers, recruiters or other authorised parties.

Experience requirements

Employment type
HN Multiverrse does not guarantee that every job listing will remain available for any specific period.
Job vacancies may be filled, withdrawn, changed or closed by the employer without prior notice.
Candidates should independently verify important employment information before accepting an offer.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT
HN Multiverrse is a recruitment and employment platform/service provider and does not guarantee employment.
Use of the Platform does not create an employer-employee relationship between HN Multiverrse and any candidate merely because a candidate registers, applies for a job or communicates with an employer through the Platform.
Employment decisions are made by the relevant employer or hiring organisation.

Interview selection
Job offers
Salary levels
Promotions
Career progression
Continued availability of any vacancy

9. EMPLOYER-CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIP
HN Multiverrse facilitates recruitment-related interactions but is not necessarily a party to the employment relationship between a candidate and an employer.
Any employment contract, offer letter, salary arrangement, benefits, working conditions, probation terms, termination conditions or other employment terms are between the candidate and the relevant employer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into an employment relationship.
10. RECRUITMENT SERVICES
Where HN Multiverrse provides recruitment, staffing, consulting or related services, additional commercial terms may apply.
Such terms may include:
Service fees
Recruitment fees
Replacement periods
Payment schedules
Taxes
Cancellation conditions
Refund provisions
Candidate replacement conditions
Service scope
Contract-specific obligations
Where separate written commercial terms are provided, those terms will govern the relevant service to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms.
11. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Certain services offered through the Platform may be paid services.
Where applicable, the applicable fee will be communicated before purchase or commencement of the relevant paid service.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Fees are payable according to the applicable service terms.
Applicable taxes may be charged separately.
Payment obligations are not cancelled merely because a user does not obtain the desired employment outcome.
Third-party payment processors may process payments subject to their own terms.
HN Multiverrse may change its service fees from time to time. Changes will generally apply to future purchases or services unless otherwise agreed.
12. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased and the applicable commercial terms.
Where a service-specific refund or cancellation policy exists, that policy will apply.
No refund will be automatically due merely because:
A candidate does not receive a job.
A candidate is not shortlisted.
A candidate does not attend an interview.
An employer does not select a candidate.
A vacancy is closed by an employer.
A candidate changes their mind after a service has been substantially provided.
Any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users may submit information, resumes, photographs, documents, job descriptions, company information, reviews, messages and other content (“User Content”).
You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.
By submitting User Content, you represent that:
You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
The content is accurate to the extent represented.
The content does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
The content does not contain malicious software.
The content does not violate applicable law or these Terms.
You grant HN Multiverrse the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit and use the User Content for operating and providing the Platform and related services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must not use the Platform to:
Commit or facilitate fraud.
Impersonate another person or organisation.
Upload false qualifications or documents.
Publish fraudulent job vacancies.
Request unlawful recruitment payments.
Collect personal information from other users without lawful authority.
Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
Distribute malware, viruses or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorised access to Platform systems.
Circumvent Platform security mechanisms.
Scrape or systematically extract Platform data without written permission.
Copy or reproduce Platform content without authorisation.
Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
Publish defamatory, unlawful or harmful content.
Use the Platform for activities unrelated to legitimate employment or permitted services.
Manipulate reviews, ratings or Platform statistics.
Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
Engage in discrimination prohibited by applicable law.
Use the Platform to conduct unlawful financial schemes or scams.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
HN Multiverrse may take appropriate action against accounts or content involved in prohibited activities.
15. FRAUD AND SCAM PREVENTION
HN Multiverrse takes reasonable measures to identify and address potentially fraudulent activity.
However, users should remain vigilant.
HN Multiverrse will not ordinarily ask candidates to pay money merely to obtain employment unless a clearly disclosed and lawful paid service is being purchased.
Candidates should be cautious if any person:
Guarantees employment in exchange for money.
Requests payment to secure an interview.
Requests OTPs, passwords or banking credentials.
Requests access to personal financial accounts.
Sends suspicious links or files.
Claims to represent HN Multiverrse without appropriate verification.
If you suspect fraudulent activity involving the Platform or someone claiming to represent HN Multiverrse, please contact us through the official contact channels.
HN Multiverrse may suspend accounts, remove listings and cooperate with lawful investigations where appropriate.
16. VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYERS AND JOBS
HN Multiverrse may undertake reasonable verification or screening of employers, recruiters or job listings.
However, verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement of an employer, recruiter, vacancy or employment opportunity unless expressly stated.
Users should independently verify information before sharing sensitive information, paying money or entering into an employment relationship.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment services, social media platforms or other external services.
HN Multiverrse does not necessarily control or endorse such third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the third party’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
HN Multiverrse is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, practices or transactions except to the extent required by applicable law.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its original content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, functionality and other materials are owned by or licensed to HN Multiverrse Private Limited.
You must not, without prior written permission:
Copy substantial portions of the Platform.
Reproduce our branding.
Republish our proprietary content.
Sell or commercially exploit Platform content.
Modify or create derivative works from our proprietary materials.
Reverse engineer the Platform except where legally permitted.
Use HN Multiverrse trademarks without authorisation.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of HN Multiverrse intellectual property to you.
19. TRADEMARKS AND BRANDING
“HN Multiverrse”, its logos, names, designs, service names and related branding may constitute trademarks or proprietary marks of HN Multiverrse Private Limited or its licensors.
Unauthorised use is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Job listings and employer information may be supplied by third parties.
Users should verify important information before relying upon it.
25. NO PROFESSIONAL OR LEGAL ADVICE
Information published on the Platform, including career, recruitment, employment or HR-related content, is provided for general informational purposes.
It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment-law or other professional advice.
Users should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
26. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
HN Multiverrse may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including where:
These Terms are violated.
Applicable law is violated.
Fraud is suspected.
False information is submitted.
Platform security is threatened.
The account is being misused.
The account creates a risk to other users or the Platform.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice or procedural safeguards will be provided.
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.
27. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its services are provided on an “as available” and “as reasonably provided” basis.
HN Multiverrse does not guarantee that:
Every job listing is suitable for every candidate.
Every employer is suitable for every candidate.
A candidate will obtain employment.
An employer will successfully hire a candidate.
Any particular salary or employment condition will be achieved.
The Platform will always operate without interruption or errors.
Information supplied by third parties will always be accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HN Multiverrse shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of opportunity, revenue, profits, data or business, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
HN Multiverrse is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, representations or conduct of candidates, employers, recruiters or other third parties.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HN Multiverrse Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of the Platform.
Your User Content.
Fraudulent or misleading information submitted by you.
Your violation of another person’s rights.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your misuse of another user’s information.
This clause will apply only to the extent legally enforceable.
30. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Users may contact HN Multiverrse regarding complaints relating to the Platform, user content, services or other applicable concerns.
Where applicable to the Platform and its legal classification, HN Multiverrse will maintain a grievance mechanism and designate the appropriate contact/person in accordance with applicable law.

31. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Evidence supporting your claim.
Any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.
HN Multiverrse may take appropriate action after reviewing the complaint.
32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
HN Multiverrse may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

HN Multiverrse shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, epidemics, telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures or other similar events.
36. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where legally permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
37. WAIVER
Failure by HN Multiverrse to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
38. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific agreements, constitute the agreement between you and HN Multiverrse regarding your use of the Platform, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
39. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of HN Multiverrse, except where permitted by applicable law.
HN Multiverrse may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Never share passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information with unknown persons.
Always verify an employer and job opportunity before accepting an offer or making any payment.
42. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accessing or using HN Multiverrse, you acknowledge that:
You have read these Terms.
You understand these Terms.
You agree to comply with these Terms.
You will use the Platform responsibly and lawfully.
You understand that employment decisions are made by the relevant employer.
