Typing Speed: They should be able to type quickly and accurately. A good typing speed is typically required, around 60 words per minute or higher in English .

Comprehension : Ability to understand the information you listen to or read.

Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of database software, word processing, and spreadsheets, are highly desirable.

Attention to Detail: Data entry tasks demand higher levels of accuracy. Thus, attention to detail and accuracy are a must.

Organization: Ability to manage their time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Data Security: Knowledge of basic data security principles, including maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the software, work process, or workload changes to meet dynamic business requirements.
