Job Description

1. Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Regularly conduct stock audits to ensure data accuracy.
2. Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill material requisitions promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement processes to avoid stockouts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Store Organization:
• Oversee the arrangement and organization of materials in the warehouse.
• Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
4. Quality Control:
• Collaborate with the quality control team to verify the quality of incoming materials.
• Conduct regular checks on stored materials to identify and address any quality issues.
5. Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and movements of materials.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, and trends.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to stock receipts and issues.
6. Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of store personnel.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
