Job Description

Overall Project Management at site as a Project Engineer.
 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MEP system which includes
Electrical,HVAC,FAPA,Plumbing and other Low voltage works .
 Attending daily/weekly review meetings with client/PMC.
 Ensure the quality and maintain the quality checklists for the same.
 Preparing running bills & final bills and getting the same certified for raising tax invoice.
 Certification of contractors bills with MCR & COP.
 Report to Senior Project/Project Manager on day to day work progress
 Manage testing, commissioning, preparing of handing over documents.
 Attend all the snag points and Handover the project to the clients.
