Job Description

You will be joining and leading the core team of a rapidly expanding company focussed
on making Google Workspace & Cloud Telephony products. We are generally agnostic
of language, technology or tools; we use whatever fits the bill best. However, we
emphasize a lot on clean abstractions of code, loosely coupled services and good
coding practices. You must possess the ability to work on projects with minimal
instructions; being a self-starter and taking ownership is a crucial requirement for this
role.
Responsibilities:
● End to end Technology & Project Management/ Team Management
● Budgeting & Resource planning – responsible for P&L of Engineering Team
● Product Innovation through Research and continuous improvement.
● Performance evaluation of the project.
● Understand the business opportunities with the Tech Product
● Estimation & ability to judge correct estimates
● Validating software development approaches
● To support the entire SDLC process.
● Ensuring the quality of work from the team.
● Optimizing the team’s time and performance
