Job Description

Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to optimize production processes and minimize waste.
Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality control standards, procedures, and inspection protocols to ensure that our soft luggage products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain stringent quality standards, conducting supplier audits and fostering strong relationships to ensure the highest quality of raw materials.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including reports, records, and non-conformance reports. Regularly report on quality performance and trends to senior management.
Audits: Lead or assist in audits of product samples to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and standards, and ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable quality and safety requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in quality assurance processes and techniques.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to soft luggage manufacturing is a plus.
