Job Description

Proven experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or similar role, with at least [X] years of hands-on

experience in managing cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services, networking,

security, and identity management.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and infrastructure

management.

Solid understanding of virtualization technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management best practices.

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required.

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
