Installing and troubleshooting operating systems (Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10, Window Server 2008)

Installation, Configuration &Maintenance Local & Network Printer and Scanner

➢ Sharing folder, sharing device & printer, Map drive

➢ Maintaining data back up all File, Folder & Mails

➢ Installing Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus & troubleshooting virus related problem

➢ User support (Problem Diagnosis and problem solving)

➢ Maintaining LAN, Configure the VLAN, VTP and other basic networking related issue.

➢ Installing Drivers and Various type of Application Software

➢ Able configured and installation of Red 1 and Red-5

➢ Sharing folder, Sharing Device & Printer.

➢ Knowledge of Domain and workgroup.

➢ Application Support – Installation, Configuration and Troubleshoot of end user applications like MS Office, Adobe reader, Google chrome, winrar, 7zip, Mozilla etc.

➢ Configuring Microsoft Outlook for users.

Technical Skills:

Configuration of Topology, cabling, crimping for system hub Switch, Router
Configuration the DHCP, DNS
Configure the Cisco Router 1800, 2500, 2600
Routing (Static, RIP V2, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
Configure the ACL
Configure the Cisco Catalyst Switch 2950, 3560 Multilayer Switch
Configure the Switch Port Security
Configure the Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS • Create user account • Installation, configuration & administration of Win 2003, Win2008 • Configure user profile, creating local & global group • Backup and Restore of IOS • Crimping and Testing of Cables.
