Job Description

Data Searching from Internet, newspaper.
• Same data checking from Head of Marketing department.
• Calls made to client, before making calls cross check whether we have created
that site before or not.
• Inform Client about our business for eg. About Web designing, Software
Development , Mobile app development
• What are the benefits of these to their firms and what are the benefits
to develop Software or websites from our company
• Giving details about websites and software we developed before for
other clients
• In case appointment received from client then note it down in excel sheet or
in notebook
• If Client give another date then it was also note down in excel sheet &
Follow up taken on date mentioned by client
Otherwise note down whatever feedback given by client
• Whatever appointment received from client allot it to marketing department
after consulting with or as per instructions of Head of marketing department
• At evening mail working sheet (excel) to Head of marketing department
• If client is busy then mail the information about our firm if client required
to send mail instead of call
• Note down Daily appointments in notebook

Qualification – Any Graduate
