Job Description

‣ Supervision and Team Leadership:
Led and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance,
coaching, and performance feedback.
Conduct performance evalua2ons to improve individual and team
performance.
‣ Produc2on Planning and Scheduling:
Develop production schedules in coordina2on with other
departments to meet customer demand and op2mise resources.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays
and achieve produc2on targets.
‣ Quality Control and Assurance:
Ensure production meets the established quality criteria and comply
with relevant regulations and standards to maintain high-quality
produc2on output.
‣ Process Improvement and Op2misa2on:
Analyse produc2on processes, iden2fy bo[lenecks, and suggest
improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Drive process improvements through ini2a2ves such as Lean
manufacturing to op2mise produc2on opera2ons.
‣ Health & Safety:
Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with
safety regulations and guidelines.
‣ Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs,
op2mising resources and ensuring smooth production flow.
‣ Communica2on and Repor2ng:
Communicate production status and address any issues that impact
produc2on 2melines and goals.
Prepare and present regular production reports detailing key
performance metrics, produc2on status, and any devia2ons from
planned schedules.
‣ Conflict Resolu2on and Employee Rela2ons:
Resolve conflicts within the team and foster a positive work
environment to enhance employee safety and productivity.
