Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on Target oriented production
2. Supervise and coordinate the plant floor team and activities throughout the windows manufacturing process.
3. Oversee and conduct new and existing employee training (work methods, procedures, safety).
4. Inspect products to verify specifications and have stringent quality checks on final products.
5. Communicate with employees regarding performance reviews, disciplinary problems, material shortages, and equipment problems
6. Serve as the first point of contact in resolving problems and maintaining an efficient, orderly workflow.
7. Ensure on-time delivery and manage raw materials inventory.
8. ⁠Make daily production reports.
