Job Description

Team Management:Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of operational staff.

Operational Excellence:Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all operations adhere to legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high service standards.
Address compliance issues promptly and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.

Client and Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and provide operational support as needed.
Engage with external stakeholders, such as vendors and partners, to enhance business relationships.

Financial Management:Manage operational budgets effectively, controlling costs and maximizing resources.
Provide input for budget planning and financial forecasting.
Analyze financial reports and take necessary actions to meet financial goals.

Training and Development:Coordinate training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify training needs within the team and implement training initiatives accordingly.

Emergency Response and Crisis Management:Develop and implement contingency plans to handle emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
Lead the team in crisis situations, ensuring a swift and organized response to minimize disruptions.

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
