Job Description

Counsel enquiries to convert into admissions.
Provide detailed guidance about careers and courses to prospective enquiries
Solve customer concerns / answer queries to convert into an admission.
Make calls to enquiries and make them walk-in into the center
Conduct counseling sessions on Zoom & Google Meet.
Handle walk-ins and counsel them to convert into admissions
Follow the counseling procedure for successful conversions
Participate in marketing activities, wherever required.
Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Good English Communication Skills.
Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good at working in a Team
Strong focus on Customer Service
Strong interest in providing guidance & counseling
Ability to convince students and parents
