Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
_Contacting existing Patients as well as prospective Patients using scripts.
_Obtaining Patients information and other relevant data.
_Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
_Maintaining the database of the Patients on a regular basis.

Qualification – – Bachelor’s Preferred (Any)
