Job Description

Locatioon – Raigadh / Qualification – B.E./ B. Tech. – Civil,/ Company Sector- Construction Sector

Minimum of 20 years’ experience as Construction Manager in large shore protection, fishing harbour, waterfront etc. marine projects

Experience in successful delivery of break water, Quay wall, Jetty, Fishing
Harbor, piling works etc.

Ability to coordinate and influence engineering, procurement and logistics teams towards achieving construction requirements and deliverable.
Prepare and update project plans, Control and monitor.
Updating project documents like Scope of Work, Estimates, Variations,
Escalations and Quality Manuals.

Should have sound knowledge of components and construction process.
Prepare Procurement and Consumption of men and materials for a project
Site.

Coordination with client, consultant, local authorities and stake holders for effectively project execution.
Excellent in written and verbal communication.
Providing technical solutions for daily challenges while ensuring safe and effective working on site wherever possible.
Dealing with sub-contractors, managing locally available labour and resources required for project site.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant technical standards, legislation, codes of practice, and best practices in areas of competence.
Having work experience in Tetra pod, Casting, Groynes & Breakwater.
Preference – candidates who are ready to work in Raigadh District & can join immediately.
