Job Description

1. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
2. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
3. Ensure that all production activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards
4. Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
5. Implement and maintain production policies and procedures
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are available as needed
7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Communicate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to ensure that production targets are met.

Qualification – Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree or equivalent.
