Job Description

Location – Nashik / Company Sector – Food and Beverage Sector / Qualification – Factory Engineer specializing in beverage can filling to join our team at our Nashik factory.

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the beverage can filling operations in the factory.
Ensure the efficient and timely filling of beverage cans, meeting production targets and quality standards.
2. Monitor the production process to identify any bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for can filling processes to ensure 3. Consistent product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Optimize production processes and equipment utilization to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the can filling equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any repair or replacement needs.
6. Train and supervise the factory staff involved in the beverage can filling operations, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
7. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies required for can filling operations, coordinating with the Supply Chain department.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
