Job Description

Location – Nashik , Ambad / Company Sector – MANUFACTERES & SUPPLIERS OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS, PLANTS, SPARES & EQUIPMENTS /

Qualification –  Any Graduate with Tally ERP 9, GST -& min

Invoicing, E-Way Bills Preparation, Salary Calculations, Contractors
Payments, Monthly Receivable & Payable List preparation, Monthly Sales &Purchase Audit
 All Accounting Work with calculations of GST, TDS working etc.
 Maintaining Stores in Tally ERP 9, Petty Cash Handling.
 Prepare purchase order & po mail to suppliers, Follow up with suppliers.
 Payment follow ups of Customers as per targets.
 HR related activities e.g. leaves approvals, advance approvals, petrol exp.
Calculations & approvals, marketing exp. Approvals.
 All Administration Work. Functional Area -All Accounts Work, Petty cash Handling, Stores, Dispatch, Taxation – GST, TDS &
Other Taxation Works,
