Job Description

Location – Pune / Qualification -BE (Computer, IT) / Company Sector – Technical Sector

 Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
 Solid understanding and experience with the MEAN/MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React, and Node.js).
 Experience building Restful APIs and integrating with external web services.
 Knowledge of modern front-end development tools and frameworks such as Redux, Webpack, or Babel.
 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is aplus.
Responsibilities :
 Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
 Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine project
requirements.
 Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable solutions.
 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
 Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
 Optimize application performance and scalability through performance tuning and code optimization techniques.
 Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues and implement effective
solutions.
 Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the overall development process.
 Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality.
 Work in an agile development environment, following Scrum methodologies and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
