Job Description
1.Pre-construction planning: Site Supervisor would work closely with the design team and project manager to develop a detailed construction plan, including schedules, budgets, and quality control protocols. They would ensure that all plans are accurate and feasible and that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
2.Pre-construction site inspection: Before construction begins, he would conduct a thorough site inspection to identify any potential issues or obstacles that may impact the project. This includes assessing site access, reviewing building codes and regulations, and identifying any potential safety hazards. – Check electricity, and arrange tools like floor protector or other which require as per site condition to start the site.
3.Material procurement and delivery: He would coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure all necessary materials and ensure timely delivery to the construction site. He would inspect all materials upon delivery to ensure that they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
4.Site Layout & Marking: He would oversee site layout and marking activities, including marking out the location of walls, doors, and other design features. They would ensure that all measurements are accurate and that all work is completed according to design specifications.
5.Vendor & Agency management: Directing and supervising the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone is working safely and efficiently.
6.Quality control and inspection: The InteriorSite Supervisor would perform regular quality control inspections to ensure that all work on the site meets quality standards and is free from defects. They would also ensure that all materials and equipment used on the site are of the highest quality and are properly installed and maintained.
7.Budget Management: The Interior Design Site Supervisor must manage the project budget and ensure that all work performed on the site stays within budget. They must keep detailed records of all expenses and report on budget status to the design team and project manager.

They would also monitor the quality of work on the site and address any issues or concerns that arise and make sure work complete on time.

12.Client Communication: The Supervisor must communicate regularly with the client to update them on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise during construction.
13.Site cleanup: The Interior Design Site Supervisor would oversee site cleanup activities, ensuring that all construction debris and waste are properly disposed of and that the site is left in a clean and safe condition
14.Final inspection and sign-off: The Interior Design Site Supervisor would conduct a final inspection of the site to ensure that all work is complete and meets design specifications. They would then sign-off on the project, indicating that it is ready for occupancy.
15.Project Coordination: The Interior Design Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing all activities on the construction site to ensure that the project progresses according to schedule. This includes working closely with the design team, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Qualification – Diploma / Bachelor Degree
Experience – 3 to 5 years
Salary – 17000/- to 20000/-
