Job Description

• Designing and developing prototypes of new products based on customer specifications.
• Coordinating with other engineers to ensure that materials used in the design meet specifications for strength and durability.
• Preparing detailed estimates of labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, and other expenses associated with each project.
• Conducting research on cutting-edge technology to identify applications that could be used in future products.
• Creating engineering drawings that show how a product will be manufactured
• Developing plans for building prototypes that can be used to test new designs before they are mass-produced.
• Consulting with other engineers to design components that will be used in the final product.
• Providing technical support to other engineers during the design process
• Communicating with clients throughout the design process to ensure that their needs are met.
• Knowledge of aluminum welding.
