Job Description

1. Total Quality Management and Training Management and Continual Improvement.
2. Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001:2015,
& IATF 16949).
3. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
4. Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan.
5. Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related documents.
6. Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
7. Identify relevant legislative requirements.
8. Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
9. Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
10. Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform
11. Risk register reviewed & action Conducted for Risk Identified to Planned
12. Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance, and tasks.
