Job Description

Reconciling customer accounts.

Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors.

Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.

Resolving customer queries.

Allocation of receipts from customer reconciliations.

Maintenance of the customer ledger on Salesforce and ERP Working closely with internal and external customers.

Assist with general ledger reconciliations, journals, and other accounting tasks as required.
