Conduct quality audits and site visits to SaladO Cafe locations in Gujarat.
Identify and finalize potential sites for upcoming SaladO cafes.
Ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Train and support cafe teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with various departments to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in the QSR industry, with a focus on operations management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to travel frequently within Gujarat state.
