Job Description

Daily work plan for service engineer.

Preventive Maintenance Plan-

Provide material to service engineer at the time of their requirement.

Taking material availability follow up from purchase and store department

Taking a customer work call and make plan accordingly.

Need to raise invoice against customer order.

Taking customer payment follow-up-

) Connect with supplier for parts repairing and taking update according work

Handle AMC service

Maintain equipment parts repairing-servicing supplier billing and with approval submit to account department.
