Job Description

Able to handle 200 machines (Forklifts – Industrial Material Handling Vehicle) with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic components
Must be aware of different services given on vehicles, like AMC, CMC, Breakdown service, Warranty service, etc.
Root cause analyses and solution oriented. Must be flexible for improvements for avoiding repeat problems
Handling manpower of service engineers and staff of 25 nos.
Handling workshop and customer site working, with proper manpower utilisation
Coordination with management and other depts. for smooth functioning of service dept.
Handling customer service calls and complaints and planned services. Visiting customers, as and when required
Must be target oriented towards service call closer and increase in service business revenue
Take responsibility of customer outstanding payments related to service dept.
Must be system and process oriented. Comfortably handle day to day operations via company software and systems
