* Maintaince & commissioning of IPCCTV/IP-PBX/ Access control/Fire
Alaram/Audio-Video conference/Voice
logger/IVR/Call centre solution/VDP/
*he must solve any type the issue
* He should responsible at attain any
emergancy call at any Time
* should maintan customer support from
Onsite/Online
* he should do all connetivity in Lan
connectivity for online support
* should visit & Make routine call
regularly * he
should send data (only our Prodcut
Releted) of customers in excel sheet Like
User Name,Pass word,IP Address of IPPBX/CCTV
* he should take the training every
month on II OR IV Saturday From senior
* He should train his Junior
* he should cheak all incoming/outgoing
repairing material return to customer on
time
* he should take the decision with back
office person about the charges
* He should install all our prodcut
