Job Description

Location – Nashik, Mahatma Gandhi Road / Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/ Company Sector- Company is ventured in land development over three decades ago.

• Prepare Billing, Estimation, BOQ, Costing, Tender documents and Contracting for various projects like building, infrastructure, etc.
• Assist in preparing project quantities and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations
• Assist and coordinate all Costing & Contracting functions with internal BOQ, Design and on-site teams
• Plan, schedule, and monitor Projects
• Check and certify bills, verify quantities mentioned in Bills, Bill Checking
• Compile Bill verification statement
• Keep track of Independent Contractor bills against work value
• Quantity Surveying and Estimation for project
• Coordinate with various experts / specialists on strategies of implementation
• Verify Master Cost Plan, Participate in Value Engineering process
• Visit Site & Monitor the site work
