Job Description

Location – Nashik / Company Sector – Manufacturing

1. Making pre-order dispatch calls to the customer to understand their requirement
2. Maintaining data for the same
3. Making post-delivery calls to the customer, for learning their feedback & maintaining data for the same
4. Updating stock on the website at regular intervals
5. Achieving monthly sales targets & resolving any customer warranty/repair issues
6. Undertaking projects to enhance the website sales & customer retention
