1.Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting.
2.Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting.
3.knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.
4.Identification of problems and providing technical solutions.
5.Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
6.Crimping, Punching & LAN Testing
7.Anti-Virus, setting-up Meeting Application & Ticketing Tool.
