Job Description

1. To drive the manpower for polyhouse operations like sorting ,weeding ,feeding ,drenching and other relatable work to nursery. 2. To Monitor performance of labours . 3. To keep maintain quality of seedlings as per requirement of nursery. 4. To maintain records of Labours and activities carried in the polyhouse on daily basis. 5. To Interact with Customers ,Colleagues and Management in respective manner. 6. To keep inform on requirements for compliance of smooth operations in the nursery.
