Job Description

Instructing Stitching Techniques: Teach students the proper techniques and methods for stitching jute fabric to create various jute products, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.

Product Specification Adherence: Educate students on the importance of adhering to sale advice notes and standard bag specifications when producing jute items, maintaining consistency and quality.

Diversified Product Creation: Train students to stitch diverse jute products, such as fancy jute bags, suitcases, shopping bags, folio bags, etc., catering to market demand and trends.

Personal Attributes:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following personal attributes:

Good Eye-Hand Coordination: Ability to synchronize hand movements with visual input for precise stitching.
Good Motor Skills: Proficiency in using stitching tools and machinery while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Good Vision: Excellent vision including near vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to change focus, ensuring accurate stitching.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a jute stitching operator or a related role is desirable.
Proficiency in jute stitching techniques and the ability to demonstrate and teach them effectively.
Effective communication and teaching skills.
Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students.
Must be able to commute to the educational center in Anjaneri, Nashik, on a daily basis.
