MEP Plumbing design engineer

Job Description

Prepare detailed plumbing layouts including water supply, drainage, sewage treatment plants
(STP), and firefighting systems.
 Design complete plumbing systems (internal & external) for various projects.
 Perform hydraulic calculations for pipe sizing and selection of suitable materials.
 Design water supply, drainage, and stormwater management systems and prepare technical
reports.
 Coordinate with architects and other MEP consultants for proper design integration.
 Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
 Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
 Provide support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile
 3–5 years of experience in plumbing design engineering or related field.
 B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil) or Diploma in relevant discipline
 Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and MS Office.
 Knowledge of Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks Simulate, and MicroStation.
 Good understanding of plumbing systems, design standards, and coordination.
 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
