Factory & Operation Manager

Job Description

1)Inventory & Warehouse Management  Maintain proper records of all inward and outward cargo.  Keep daily inventory updated for raw material, finished goods, rejection, and other stock.  Physically verify stock and report discrepancies. 2) Cold Storage Management  Decide and coordinate which cargo needs to be shifted to cold storage.  Maintain a proper Cold Storage Stock Book, including inward, outward, quantity, date, and balance.  Ensure accurate reconciliation between factory stock and cold storage stock. 3) Production & Processing Coordination  Coordinate daily with the workers’ head/supervisor.  Track raw material processed, finished goods produced, rejection, wastage, and pending material.  Prepare and report daily production figures. 3)Worker Attendance & Coordination  Maintain daily attendance of workers and labour.  Coordinate manpower requirements with the workers’ head.  Monitor worker allocation for different operations.
