Job Description

1. Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
3. Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
4. Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
5. Updating the product inventory.( Material IN / Out)
6. Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
7. Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied.
Answer customers’ questions.
8. Look for stock requested by customers. (Check Expire Date, WT, QTY, Damage, )
Keep the stock room organized.
Pack shelves neatly.
9. Create attractive displays.
10. Elevate customer complaints to the manager.
11. Excellent customer service skills.
12. Friendly disposition.
13. Flexible work hours.
14. Ability to multitask.
15. Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
16. Ability to work well in a team.

Qualification – Any Graduate
