Job Description

1. Maintain an inquiry database of customers.
2. Well communication skills & client/customer handling smoothly.
3. Basic knowledge of computers.
4. Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
5. Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
6. Master the construction sales process at their company
7. Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
8. Complete documents on time, such as construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, and weekly call reports.
