Job Description

1. Greet and direct customers
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
3. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products
5. Ensure racks are fully stocked
6. Manage returns of merchandise
7. Clean assigned areas of the store; ensure merchandise is properly displayed
8. Inform customers about discounts and special offers
9. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
10. Stay up-to-date with new products/services, Requirements
11. Proven work experience working as a Retail Associate or a similar role, The ability to use a cash register
12. Strong level of professionalism at work
13. Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures, Basic math skills
14. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
15. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
16. Working data of relevant pc software systems.

Qualification – Any Graduate
