As a Production Engineer
TDK India Pvt.Ltd is a global pioneer and leader in the management and application of electronic products ofAC and DC capacitor,PEC and PFC capacitor and other capacitor type are produced for low and high voltage having customer like Tesla,Siemens,and More Automotive customer.

.working As a DC production Engineer in DC assembly, testing and Tapping area.

. Achievement daily and weekly production targets and accordingly report to the production head.

.Maintaining the daily production record sheet and highlights the gap analysis of losses of daily production.

. Planning day to day activities of row material allocation and monitoring plan whether following or not and also day to day batch monitoring through SAP.

. Supporting in machine breakdown & accordingly coordination with maintenance team.

. Ensure Strong & efficient team work culture existing with the team..

. managing and handling the customer audit.

.Maintening 5S and safety atmosphere on shop floor and taking weekly audit with CFT

. Prepare and Updation of documents supporting to quality system such as TPM, Control Plan, SOP, work instruction etc

. Managing Audit Like IATF, van der bay, TPM.

.providing manufacturing decision maker ng information by analysing the rejection on daily basis

.Also knowledge About the DPS system.
