Job Description

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your primary goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.

Needs Assessment: Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, and pain points by actively listening and asking relevant questions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their features and advantages.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting how our offerings address their specific needs.

Quota Achievement: Set and work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Sales Techniques: Utilize various sales techniques and strategies, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. Good communication in English
