• Responsible for end to end in house recruitment.
• Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessing, interviewing, presenting & closing qualified candidates for various roles assigned by the HR Manager.
• Should be aware of job posting website such as 1. Naukri 2. Monster 3. Linked In 4. Social Media ( whatsapp, facebook, Instagram)
• To Identify References, attracted and hired highly skilled candidates across multiple functions.
• Expert in understanding the business requirement.
• Excellent in identifying the need of organization.
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
