Job Description
• Design and Develop RPA Solutions: Create robust and defect-free RPA solutions for various identified processes.
• API Development: Leverage API development experience to enhance automation capabilities.
• Requirements Understanding: Participate in detailed process walkthroughs with clients to understand and document requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to drive automation excellence.
• Documentation: Provide support by assisting in process and solution design documentation.
• POC Development: Deliver proof-of-concepts using best automation practices.
• Agile/Scrum: Have a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Testing: Rigorously test automation workflows before deployment.
• Component Development: Create reusable components and custom components when necessary.
• Client Interaction: Actively engage in client discussions and meetings to address pain points and provide innovative automation solutions.
• Analytical Approach: Assist in analyzing effort estimates with an analytical mindset to ensure project success.
• Technology Focus: Embrace a technology-first approach and stay updated on automation trends and tools.
