Job Description

Location – Alibaug , Murud / Qualification – B.Com / M.Com / Company Sector- Construction Sector

Day to day Accounting, Banking Transaction, Costing transactions.
Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors Follow up of Debtors.
Finalization of accounting , Reconciliation of bank statements
Preparation of Salary and Wages and maintain tract record of attendance.
Managing the records for all the vendors liaising with various parties for smooth flow of activities.
Prepare Sales invoice as per Approve Cost Sheet with Waybill
Verify the details on invoices with that on the purchase orders, resolve the variations if any.
Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales, cash, and bank voucher in accounts books as per B/S.
Managing the records for all the vendors liaising with various parties for smooth flow of activities
Generate and maintain overall records and reports for area.
Verified payment accounts, enter information into system to Ensure printed checks and contact with customer
GST working
Statutory Payment Like GST, TDS & IT Check from CA & Pay within Due Date
Purchase material as per BOM, Order every material after Approval. Fulfill every requirement of Production
