Job Description

Location – Nashik , Dindori / Company Sector – Manufacturer of FMCG product /Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer demands.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve production processes, workflows, and efficiency to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Head to implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.

Team Management: Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor production expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain budgetary constraints.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Health and Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all production staff.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular production reports, analyze key performance indicators, and propose strategies for improvement.
