Job Description

1.Communication with customers regarding requirement analysis, specification / testing requirements and other feedback.
2.Compliance with respect to design control requirements including requirements definition, phase reviews and risk analysis.
3.New product development intime
4.Maximize product profitability and improve product performances.
5.Applies all relevant international regulations/norms/standards.
6.Provides cost-effective development of product as per customers requirement and specification.
7.Adding patents wherever required.
8.Supports R&D Orders at group level participating in meetings and sharing technical information and best-practices.
9.Encourages sharing of best-practices through the participation and promotion of meetings, newsletters, knowledge sharing tools and all other initiatives.
10.Design as per customers requirement & specification
11.BOM preparation and handover to purchase ,stores.
