Job Type: Training Program followed by Full-time Employment.

Training Duration: 2 Months (2 months of comprehensive training in electrical design and systems)

Employment Start Date: Upon Successful Completion of Training.

Reports To: Department Head.

Job Description:

We are offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and diploma holders to kickstart their careers in electrical design engineering. We invite enthusiastic candidates to join our free 2-month intensive training program. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be offered a position as a Jr. Electrical Design Engineer.

Post-Training Employment:

Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be offered a full-time position as a Jr. Electrical Design Engineer.
Key Responsibilities (Post Training):

Assist in the design and development of electrical systems and components for various projects.
Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
Conduct site visits and inspections under the guidance of senior engineers.
Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical codes and standards.
Communicate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to understand project requirements.
Maintain and update project documentation and records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or ITI in a relevant field.
·       Experience: No experience needed.

Skills:
·       Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in electrical design engineering.

·       Knowledge of CAD software.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Career Growth:

With experience, an Electrical Design Engineer can progress to roles such as Junior Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager.
Salary:

·       Stipend:Rs.9,000/- per month (A total of 2 months’ salary will be paid at the time of Mid-term increment)

·       Salary Post Training: Rs.12,000/-
