•Deviation , get approval from Asst. Manager OR Customer

•Internal inspection , Final inpection, Customer Lot offer

•Invovled Third Party Inspection(TPI)

•Manpower Handling (QC)

•Maintain Quality Inspection Records

•Implement CAPA on NC product at Receiving ,In-process and Final stage in plant

& Highlight daily rejection to QA Manager.

• To give clearance of rework & Rejection parts inward , in-process & final stage.
