Job Description
Should have good technical knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings/ Steel Structures/
Fabrication & Erection and be able to read and execute the drawings,
Day-to-day planning and managing site activities,
Knowledge of material inspection, supervising Labour teams, and overall site
management. Coordination and monitoring should be the key skill.
Manage and supervise the construction of PEB projects on-site, ensuring that the work is
carried out in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
Coordinate with the project team subcontractors and Plant level concern dept. to ensure
that the work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Monitor the progress of the project and provide regular updates to the project team.
Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to on the site.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Manage and maintain accurate records of the project, including documentation and
drawings.
Must have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the construction of PEB projects.
Experience in managing and supervising a team of construction workers.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
