3603 – Site Engineer

Job Description

Should have good technical knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings/ Steel Structures/
Fabrication & Erection and be able to read and execute the drawings,
 Day-to-day planning and managing site activities,
 Knowledge of material inspection, supervising Labour teams, and overall site
management. Coordination and monitoring should be the key skill.
 Manage and supervise the construction of PEB projects on-site, ensuring that the work is
carried out in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
 Coordinate with the project team subcontractors and Plant level concern dept. to ensure
that the work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
 Monitor the progress of the project and provide regular updates to the project team.
 Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to on the site.
 Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
 Manage and maintain accurate records of the project, including documentation and
drawings.
 Must have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma a related field.
 At least 3 years of experience in the construction of PEB projects.
 Experience in managing and supervising a team of construction workers.
 Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
