Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Coordinator to support the Mahindra Truck and Bus division. The role involves coordinating technical operations, providing support to service teams, and ensuring seamless technical resolutions for vehicle maintenance, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Coordination:
Act as a bridge between service teams, dealerships, and the regional technical office.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance for vehicle issues.
Monitor critical cases and ensure timely resolution.
Customer Service:
Address escalated customer complaints related to technical issues and ensure effective resolutions.
Liaise with customers and dealers to provide updates on vehicle repairs and technical matters.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Conduct technical training sessions for service teams and dealer staff.
Ensure the team stays updated on the latest technology and service protocols for Mahindra vehicles.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain and update records of technical cases, resolutions, and service histories.
Prepare detailed reports on vehicle performance, recurring issues, and technical improvements.

Process Improvement:
Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to product teams.
Assist in implementing quality checks and standard operating procedures at service centers.
Warranty and Claims Management:
Oversee warranty claims and approvals in coordination with service centers and the central technical team.
Ensure compliance with Mahindra’s warranty policies and procedures.

Key Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles, especially Mahindra trucks and buses.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with service tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicle systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Min 1 years of experience in technical support, service coordination, or a similar role in the automotive industry.
Experience in the commercial vehicle segment is preferred.
