Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil construction, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project consultants.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve project acquisition and revenue targets.
Oversee site visits and technical evaluations to assess project feasibility and client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope of work with clients, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure cost control, risk assessment, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Represent the company at industry expos, trade fairs, and professional networking events to enhance brand presence.
Develop and lead a sales and marketing team to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical understanding of Ready Mix Concrete Material ( RMC)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
High level of motivation, result-oriented approach, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Cement & Admixture industry
Experience in handling turnkey solutions, project management, or equipment leasing is a plus.
